Terms of Use
By using Snake Arena (the "App") you agree to these terms. The App is developed by NWTsoft and offered free of charge.
1. Use of the App
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not attempt to reverse engineer it, send automated requests to our servers, or otherwise disrupt the service.
2. Fair play
Scores are checked for plausibility on the server. Submitting scores through a modified app, automated play (bots) or by tampering with network traffic is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove such entries and to block the account concerned from the leaderboards.
3. Nicknames
Your nickname is visible to all players. Nicknames that are abusive, obscene, hateful, impersonate someone else, or contain personal information are not permitted. We reserve the right to change or remove inappropriate nicknames without notice.
4. Accounts
The game can be played without an account. Signing in with Google or Apple is optional and exists only to carry your progress between devices. To delete your account, follow the Delete Account page.
5. Availability
The App is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of the leaderboard servers; during maintenance, technical failure, or if the service is discontinued, leaderboard data may become unavailable. The weekly league resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top is changed accordingly.
